(Ali-Imran) 3 : 49

And as a Messenger into the children of Israel. “Indeed, I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord; indeed I make for you the shape of a bird from clay, then I will blow into it, then it will become a living bird with the Permission of Lord Allah. And I will heal the blind and leper, and I will bring the dead back to life with Allah’s Permission. And I will tell you what you have eaten and what you are storing in your house; and indeed in this, there is a sign for you if you are believers”.

Today, since Adhikr is codified as the Book, It is the Permission of the Lord to become a believer as told in verse 10: 100. ‘Permission’ is one of the forty names of Adhikr, and it is mentioned in thirty places such as 14: 1; 22: 65, and 33: 46. All 313 Messengers were sent down with the Truth and Proof Adhikr to teach mankind that there is no deity except Lord and to serve Him alone as explained in verses 16: 43-44 and 21: 24-25.

The true believer believes that Lord is the One Who destines and implements the miracles, and he lives only for Him entrusting upon Lord as His vicegerent witnessing the Book of Witness Adhikr. Those who believe that all these miracles are the ability of Messenger Jesus and those who say that these are clear sorcery without believing in the Lord’s miracles are the disbelievers as explained in verse 5: 110. Verses 13: 38; 14: 11 and 40: 78 are the three verses that teach that no Messenger can bring a Sign (miracle) without Allah’s Permission. By not utilizing the bestowed intelligence, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who reject Adhikr are denoted as the worst among thousand communities of Lord’s creatures as explained in verse 8: 22. See explanation 2: 91, 213, and 3: 7-10.
